The plaster has the effect of heat stimulation that improves the circulation of the blood and metabolism rate. Blood flow is increased in the area where the plaster is applied.

The plaster is perforated to allow free passage of air and to improve adhesion to the skin.

1. Check that the sachet is intact before first use.
2. Take out the plaster from the sachet.
3. Cut the plaster size depending on the affected area.
4. Clean and dry the skin.
5. Remove the polyethylene film, apply the adhesive side to the skin.
6. Apply a fresh plaster twice a day or once a day where sufficient relief of pain or symptoms is achieved.
